All users must be at least 18 years of age.
The creator's identity should match the one on the ID provided to My.Club.
All photos and videos may not contain watermarks or logos of individuals or companies other than yourself.
If the creator is a person, their profile photo should represent the actual creator. If the creator is a company/organization, their profile photo should be their official logo.
Profile photo must not contain nudity.
We strictly prohibit:
- Using My.Club for any matter and for any purpose that is illegal.
- Using fake IDs to register on My.Club.
- Involvement of not approved/not registered persons in the content on My.Club.
- Involvement of minors or unauthorized (not registered) individuals, and creators posing as minors.
- Involvement and/or portrayal of any sort of animal or pet in a sexual or provocative manner.
- Any form of insinuation, chat, or actual display of violence, blood, torture, pain, etc., or any unsafe and extreme activity involving such things.
- Alluding to, writing about, or showing feces, vomit, or menstrual fluid.
- Exploiting any individuals against their will.
- Alluding to, mentioning, showing, or making use of illegal drugs.
- Discussing or arranging prostitution or escort services.
- Making any arrangements for personal meetings outside My.Club.
- Requesting any other user to share their personal information.
- Having a username and/or uploading content of a hateful, racist, defamatory, ethnically offensive nature or any username or content related to children, incest, terrorist organizations, other websites, and/or that depict any illegal activity.
- Deliberate/planned scams or harassment against users in any way.
- Asking users to cover your personal expenses like utility bills, medical treatment, loans, or any other expense that would lead users to believe that you are beseeching.
- Accepting and/or asking for funds off-site by any method whatsoever. My.Club takes no responsibility in case of violation of our payment rules.
- Cooperating with fraudulent users or agreeing to split earnings outside of My.Club. Creators are expected to report any suspicious activity that goes on in their private messages immediately to our Support Team. Violation or failure to report such incidents can lead to being permanently banned and any earnings withheld.
- Advertising other content subscription websites, websites that offer alternative means of payment, or fundraising websites with links, text material, logos, pictures, videos, etc.
- Wearing T-shirts or any other branded clothes promoting content subscription sites.
- Distributing spam.
- Using fake traffic/bots.
- Portraying or hinting at incest (sexual relations between family members) or posing as family members (siblings, parents and children, etc.) in a suggestive manner.
- Showing passed out individuals.
- Doing anything against your will. You are here to decide on your own what is acceptable for you and what is not. Respect yourself, and if someone harasses you, let us know!
If users prompt you towards any of the prohibited activities on our site, you should immediately report it to Support.
