On My.Club, you can have video calls with your favorite creators. For that, you need to first buy a minute pack.
To make a call:
1. Go to a creator's profile
2. If the creator has enabled video calls, click/tap the Video Call button on their page
3. Choose how many minutes you'd like to buy for the call
4. Once you complete the purchase, click/tap Start Call in the window you'll see
Alternatively, you can call via a creator's Request Menu:
1. Click/tap Request Menu in their profile
2. Switch to the Video Calls tab > choose a call
3. Choose how many minutes you'd like to buy for the call
4. Once you complete the purchase, click/tap Start Call in the window you'll see
You can also make a call from personal messages:
1. In a chat with a creator, click/tap the green camera icon at the top
2. Click/tap Start Call
3. Choose how many minutes you'd like to buy for the call
4. Once you complete the purchase, click/tap Start Call in the window you'll see
You don't have to spend all the minutes you have bought on a single call. You can spend them over several calls and add minutes when necessary.
⚠️Note that when a creator is online, you can call them anytime if they have not set a specific schedule.
If they have set it, you will only be able to call at the time they've chosen. If they are offline, your call might not reach them.
You will see if they have a call schedule when you click/tap the Video Call button.
